Tenant Coordinator – Residential Handovers & Fit‑Outs

About the role

The Tenant Coordinator supports the handover and fit‑out processes for residential units, ensuring compliance with developer specifications and community standards. Working closely with tenants, contractors and internal teams, the role helps deliver smooth move‑ins and maintain high service quality across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential unit handovers, including snagging and de‑snagging, to meet contractual and developer standards.
• Oversee tenant fit‑out activities, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and approved specifications.
• Coordinate with tenants, contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders for move‑in, renovation and handover processes.
• Monitor maintenance actions, follow up on preventive and corrective tasks, and ensure timely resolution.
• Support property and community enhancement projects, delivering them on schedule and aligned with operational goals.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality, safety and community standards, addressing issues proactively.
• Prepare and maintain reports on handovers, maintenance, community services and operational performance.
• Build positive relationships with residents and stakeholders, handling inquiries and resolving issues to improve customer experience.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in tenant coordination, fit‑out, construction handover or property management, preferably in residential real estate.
• Demonstrated ability to manage handover and fit‑out processes and work with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
