Tender Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

Details Contractors is seeking a full‑time Tender Engineer to join its on‑site team in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. You will play a key part in preparing competitive tenders, estimating costs, and supporting the procurement process for a variety of construction projects, with a focus on retail fit‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive tender documents and bid proposals.
• Develop detailed cost estimates and financial proposals.
• Analyse project specifications and evaluate requirements.
• Source materials and coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, regulations, and procurement procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and support procurement strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Relevant experience in tendering, construction, or project management.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in retail construction projects is advantageous.
