Tender Engineer (Interior Finishing)

About the role

We are seeking a Tender Engineer specialized in interior finishing to support our building and decoration projects. The role involves preparing accurate tender documents, estimating costs and collaborating with the design team to ensure high‑quality finishes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage tender and estimation packages for interior finishing projects.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), pricing sheets and conduct cost analysis.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of finishing materials and market prices.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in tendering and estimation for interior finishing.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and time‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a solid understanding of construction processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of Revit (preferred).
