Tender Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Tender Engineer to join our on‑site team in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The role involves preparing and submitting technical and financial tenders for retail fit‑out and construction projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit technical and financial tender documents.
• Analyse project specifications, drawings and engineering plans.
• Perform cost estimation, budgeting and financial analysis for each bid.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Ensure tender compliance with construction standards, regulations and project schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in tendering and estimation within the construction or fit‑out industry.
• Strong understanding of construction standards, compliance and project management principles.

Required skills

• Tender preparation and bid submission.
• Technical documentation.
• Cost estimation, budgeting and financial analysis.
• Interpretation of engineering plans, drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with MS Office and AutoCAD.
