Tender Manager – Cloud & Service Providers

About the role

Schneider Electric is looking for a Tender Manager to lead complex Cloud & Service Providers (C&SP) tenders, primarily for data‑center projects across the region. Based in New Cairo, you will work closely with opportunity leaders to design winning tender strategies and ensure seamless hand‑over to execution teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Cat A/B tenders and define the optimal tendering setup with the opportunity leader.
• Develop and present a winning tender strategy, including cost‑optimization plans to meet target pricing.
• Coordinate preparation of technical, contractual, financial, HSE, cybersecurity, quality, logistics and site‑work components.
• Ensure CAPEX scope is “services ready” and attach service offers where required.
• Conduct risk analysis with SRM and subject‑matter experts and obtain management approval.
• Participate actively in customer negotiations and support deal closure.
• Transfer awarded projects to the execution team while complying with Schneider Electric’s Customer Project Process (CPP) and global best practices.

• Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of winning complex tenders.
• Ability to translate customer needs into a compelling value proposition.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in multi‑business‑unit projects involving power, secure power, services and digital energy solutions.
