Tender Manager – HV Substations & Control Protection

About the role

Innovative Systems (ISys) is seeking a full‑time Tender Manager to lead the preparation, coordination and submission of tenders for high‑voltage (HV) substation and control protection projects. Based on‑site in Qesm El Doki, the role will work closely with internal teams, suppliers and clients to deliver competitive, technically sound proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Draft detailed technical and financial proposals for HV substation and control protection projects.
• Review project specifications, assess risks and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance and client stakeholders throughout the tender process.
• Maintain a tender calendar, track deadlines and guarantee timely submission of all documents.
• Analyse competitor offers and market trends to improve proposal competitiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of electricity systems and power engineering.
• Previous experience managing tenders in the energy or power‑systems sector is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and project‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
