Tendering Engineer

About the role

The Tendering Engineer will be responsible for preparing and managing technical and commercial offers that meet client requirements and tender specifications. The role supports the engineering, procurement and production teams to ensure accurate and compliant proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial offers according to client requirements and tender specifications.
• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs and technical requirements.
• Develop cost estimates, quotations and pricing sheets.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and production teams to ensure proposal accuracy.
• Prepare and submit technical submittals and project documentation.
• Follow up on tender submissions and respond to client inquiries.
• Analyze project requirements, identify technical risks and opportunities.
• Maintain tender records and prepare related reports.
• Support execution teams with technical clarifications when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client specifications.

Required profile

• Female candidates only.
• Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical office, tendering, estimation or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good understanding of electrical, mechanical and automation systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
