About the role

We are seeking a motivated Transportation Specialist to join our logistics team. This entry‑level position is perfect for recent graduates who want hands‑on experience managing truck operations and deliveries using our Transportation Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily truck movements and schedules.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues.
• Track shipments and update records in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Assist in optimizing routes for cost efficiency and timely deliveries.
• Report transportation‑related challenges and suggest improvements.
• Maintain communication with internal teams to align transportation activities with business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
