Travel Consultant

About the role

Alorica is seeking a full-time Travel Consultant to join its on-site team in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. In this customer-focused position you will guide clients through the entire travel planning process, from initial inquiry to final reservation, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Consult clients on travel options, destinations, and itineraries.
• Book flights, hotels, ground transportation, and ancillary services using the company’s reservation platforms.
• Provide customized travel solutions that meet budget, timing, and preference requirements.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Experience in travel consulting, travel management, or related customer-service roles (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build positive client relationships and work effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with travel booking software and related tools.
