Urdu/Hindi Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Urdu/Hindi Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our major clients. You will provide high‑quality support via phone, email and chat, handling inquiries, order processing, troubleshooting and guidance while building deep product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, professional assistance to customers across inbound and outbound channels.
• Resolve routine problems, document interactions and ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify customer requirements using probing techniques and decision‑support tools.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare accurate account notations and participate in initiatives to improve satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services when appropriate.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared performance goals.

Required profile

• Fluent in Urdu/Hindi and English, both written and verbal.
• High school diploma (or equivalent); relevant experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer‑engagement abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation and adaptability.
• Basic computer and system‑navigation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail‑oriented, dependable, patient and solution‑oriented.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
