Vendor Operations Associate – Vendor Management & Analytics

About the role

Amazon Now is seeking a motivated Vendor Operations Associate to join its vendor operations team. You will collaborate with internal partners such as In‑Stock Managers, Vendor Managers and Site Merchandisers to streamline processes for key manufacturer product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor negotiations and ensure operational excellence across product categories.
• Support procurement activities, in‑stock management and content updates.
• Perform data analysis to drive informed decision‑making for the team.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize workflows and improve vendor performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• At least 1 year of experience in online retail or e‑commerce merchandising.
• Good knowledge of the Egypt retail market, preferably online.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with frequent vendor contact.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite.
