About the role
The VIP Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with large corporate clients across Egypt. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality banking services and driving revenue growth for the bank.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and targeted large corporate clients.
- Achieve sales targets for the bank’s corporate products and services.
- Identify client banking needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Conduct regular client visits and maintain continuous communication.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to deliver seamless service and escalate critical matters.
- Oversee daily branch operations related to corporate client transactions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- 2 to 7 years of experience in banking or customer relationship management.
- Strong sales background with familiarity of banking products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency with banking systems.
