Vulnerability Management Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Vulnerability Management Analyst to join our Cybersecurity team in Cairo. The role focuses on identifying, prioritising and mitigating security weaknesses across our on‑premise and container environments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute automated and manual vulnerability and compliance scans using Tenable and Nessus across on‑premise, cloud and container workloads.
• Prioritise discovered findings based on exploitability, business impact and CVSS scores.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to assign, track and verify remediation actions, including patch deployment and configuration changes.
• Develop dashboards and compile regular reports on the organisation’s security posture and compliance status.
• Troubleshoot scanning issues such as credential and connectivity problems and validate false‑positive results.
• Maintain and update vulnerability data for Tenable and Nessus platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management or IT compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate technical risks to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
