Waiter

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Waiter to join our restaurant and bar team within an Accor‑affiliated hotel. You will be the face of our food and beverage service, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant and bar areas for service, managing flow and station setup.
• Take and serve orders, informing guests of alternatives and promoting targeted services.
• Deliver food and beverage service according to established standards.
• Prepare service plates, collect empty dishes, and coordinate with Bus Boys and interns.
• Safeguard any personal belongings left by guests and hand them to supervisors.
• Follow departmental instructions, operational rules, and the Food & Beverage Manager’s schedule.
• Participate in orientation training and two performance assessments each year.
• Maintain 100% customer satisfaction and adhere to quality management systems.

Required profile

• At least a vocational school or high‑school diploma; relevant certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or bar service.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work according to the weekly schedule set by the Food & Beverage Manager.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of spirits, soft drinks, cocktails and their presentation.
