About the role

As a Waiter at Accor you will be the face of our food & beverage service, delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring each guest feels unique and valued. You will combine personal attention with deep knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings to create memorable dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with menu selections, providing clear and helpful information.
• Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Deliver warm, personalized service that reflects Accor’s standards of excellence.
