About the role
Dawam Business Solutions is hiring a full-time Waiter in Greater Cairo. The waiter supervises waiters, waitresses and runners in designated sections and serves customers so that their needs are met with high-quality, timely service.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange table settings before and after each customer according to the brand's standards.
- Greet customers, present the menu, help them choose items using menu knowledge, take orders and serve food promptly.
- Communicate efficiently with kitchen staff and baristas and collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure staff provide friendly, professional and timely service, and report discrepancies or complaints to the manager on duty.
- Collect bill payments and deliver them to the cashier.
Required profile
- High school degree.
- Zero to two years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
