About the role

Join the hospitality team at a prestigious luxury hotel in Cairo and create memorable dining experiences for guests. As a Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress you will be the face of the restaurant, delivering exceptional service with a warm and friendly attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Delight guests by providing an upbeat, courteous service and anticipating their needs.
• Master the menu, promotions and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them accurately into the point‑of‑sale system and deliver orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked and organized service station throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Integrity, teamwork, leadership and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work with urgency and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) system operation.
