Warehouse Office Manager

About the role

Carbomax is seeking a Warehouse Office Manager for its North Africa operations. The role combines administrative oversight with logistics coordination to ensure smooth warehouse processes, accurate inventory management, and timely shipment handling.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse office operations and administrative procedures for North Africa.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing.
• Maintain inventory records, reconcile stock discrepancies, and generate performance reports.
• Supervise warehouse administrative staff, manage schedules, and liaise with logistics providers, customs agents, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory, safety, and customs requirements.
• Support cost‑control initiatives and continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or supply‑chain operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site at the warehouse facility.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience with inventory software.
