Warehouse Section Head (Raw Material)

About the role

The Warehouse Section Head (Raw Material) leads daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient task distribution, shipment handling, and inventory accuracy. This senior position reports to higher management and collaborates closely with logistics and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to storekeepers and Clark drivers.
• Monitor and coordinate daily shipments and receipt processes.
• Plan and execute annual and semi‑annual inventory counts.
• Implement shipping section requirements while maintaining high quality standards.
• Prepare data and reports for senior management.
• Support 5S workplace organization and office instructions.
• Evaluate occupational safety and health procedures, including accident reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; engineering background preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply‑chain management.
• Strong knowledge of strategic planning, inventory control, demand planning, forecasting, customs clearing, and port procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency as an end‑user of Oracle ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
