Warehouse Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to manage and optimise the daily operations of our fast‑growing hyper‑local delivery hub. You will be the primary point of contact for warehouse staff, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to SOPs and timely delivery of FMCG and grocery products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the assigned warehouse efficiently and oversee all daily activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Allocate manpower across zones and support the team to achieve peak performance.
• Identify operational issues, provide solutions and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Analyse operational data, generate insights and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with numbers.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Hands‑on attitude – willing to roll up sleeves and work in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
• Understanding of operations metrics and stakeholder management.
• Flexibility to adapt work schedule as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
