Workforce Staffing Specialist

About the role

Amazon’s Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is looking for a Workforce Staffing Specialist to lead high‑volume hiring across its Egypt operations. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partner with Operations, Finance and HR, and ensure the right talent is hired at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Execute labor demand planning by providing data on applicant pipelines, conversion rates, attrition trends and seasonal peaks (Ramadan, Prime, White Friday).
• Manage the full hiring cycle, including direct hiring and agency collaboration, scheduling hiring events and monitoring candidate experience.
• Track and optimize candidate funnel performance, identifying gaps and recommending actions to improve efficiency.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports, conduct root‑cause analysis and escalate trends to the WFS Country Manager.
• Collaborate with site leadership to align labor requirements, forecast demand and meet hiring targets.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams, external agencies and vendors for long‑term partnership and temporary pool management.
• Support cost‑per‑hire management by tracking acquisition, advertising and talent acquisition expenses.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations and Amazon policies.
• Participate in projects to continuously improve hiring processes.

• Knowledge of Egyptian labor regulations is a plus.
