Workshop Consultant – Business Development (Automotive)

About the role

The Workshop Consultant will lead the deployment and development of Bosch Car Service workshop concepts across the market. You will work closely with workshop partners to ensure quality, process compliance, skill development and business growth while representing Bosch’s automotive brand.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, control and develop all concept activities in workshops, including quality, processes, skills, business development and communication.
• Drive acquisition of new workshops and expand the network through candidate meetings and assessments.
• Evaluate the market, recruit suitable workshop candidates, assess business potential and prepare them for integration into the Bosch network.
• Ensure workshops meet Bosch Car Service (BCS) requirements (CD/CI, training, processes) and address improvement opportunities from audits.
• Implement concept packages to achieve economic targets and maximize turnover while adhering to supplier strategy, quality and service standards.
• Establish development plans in cooperation with sales and technical services, monitor performance and guide workshops on Service Excellence implementation.
• Facilitate participation in campaigns, promotional B2C activities, sales promotions and local advertising.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints, maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Participate in national and regional BCS conventions, provide market feedback and regularly report on workshop performance.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business or automotive fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in workshop management, business development or sales.
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry and workshop operations.
• Proficient in English and Arabic.
• Valid driver’s licence.
