Zoho Jump Start Specialist Intern

About the role

Pinerium is looking for a motivated Zoho Jump Start Specialist Intern to support rapid onboarding, system setup, and user enablement across the Zoho ecosystem. This internship offers hands‑on experience with SaaS applications, CRM configuration, and digital transformation projects while working closely with senior Jump Start Specialists and implementation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up Zoho applications according to predefined onboarding packages.
• Configure users, profiles, permissions, modules, and basic workflows.
• Prepare onboarding checklists, implementation plans, and documentation.
• Support user training sessions, product walkthroughs, and creation of user guides.
• Configure forms, layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflows to match customer requirements.
• Validate configurations, test onboarding environments, and track progress against milestones.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and follow‑up with newly onboarded customers.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in SaaS applications, CRM systems, and business process automation.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Eagerness to learn, organized, and able to work collaboratively.
