About the role
Pinerium is looking for a strategic Zoho Product Owner to lead requirement management, product planning, and business process alignment across Zoho implementation projects. The role bridges business needs and technical delivery, ensuring Zoho solutions generate measurable operational value.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders and clients.
- Translate needs into functional specifications, workflows and user stories.
- Define product scope, priorities and acceptance criteria; maintain and prioritize the backlog.
- Analyse existing processes and recommend optimized workflows using Zoho applications.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, developers and implementation specialists during sprint planning, execution and testing.
- Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and support sprint reviews.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, communicating priorities, risks and delivery expectations.
- Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities and keep documentation up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis or SaaS/CRM implementation.
- Strong understanding of Zoho ecosystem and ability to align solutions with operational goals.
