About the role
Egybell is seeking an experienced Airbus A320/A321 Captain to join a leading Egyptian private full‑service airline. The role involves commanding the aircraft, ensuring the highest standards of safety, coordinating with ground operations, and delivering an exceptional passenger experience while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Required profile
- Valid ATPL – ICAO‑EASA.
- Minimum 500 hours of pilot‑in‑command experience on the Airbus A320 family.
- Recent A320 flight within the past 12 months is preferred.
- Valid Airbus A320/A321 type rating.
- Valid Class 1 medical certificate.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 (operational).
- Valid Egyptian security permit.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multi‑crew environment.
- Strong commitment to flight safety and passion for delivering exceptional passenger service.
Required skills

- Airbus A320/A321 type rating.
- Class 1 medical certification.
- ICAO English Level 4.
- Egyptian security permit.
