A/C Maintenance Technician

About the role

Join a leading hotel within the Accor network as an A/C Maintenance Technician. You will ensure that all air‑conditioning and refrigeration systems operate efficiently, contributing to a comfortable and sustainable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily operation and maintenance of air‑conditioning and refrigeration equipment, including major air handling units.
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to schedule, keeping filters clean and systems in optimal condition.
• Monitor temperatures in refrigerated areas, inspect condensing units, and execute repairs as needed.
• Adhere to workplace safety regulations, maintain cleanliness, and handle chemicals responsibly.
• Support environmental initiatives by minimizing waste and reducing chemical usage.
• Assist the Technical Service Department with additional tasks and follow manager directives.

Required profile

• Technical high school diploma or equivalent vocational qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in air‑conditioning and refrigeration maintenance.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Relevant HVAC certification or apprenticeship preferred.
