Public Area Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Public Area Attendant to join our hotel team within the Accor network. You will play a key part in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming public spaces for guests and staff, contributing to our commitment to responsible hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Clean all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restaurants, bars, ballrooms, and administrative offices.
• Perform window cleaning, carpet vacuuming, floor mopping, and marble surface treatment.
• Maintain and operate cleaning equipment, ensuring proper use and regular maintenance.
• Empty waste bins, manage lost‑and‑found items, and report any security concerns to senior managers.
• Assist with room preparation when needed and support emergency response teams.
• Report any equipment breakdowns and follow quality management procedures.

Required profile

• At least a primary school diploma.
• Ability to learn job tasks quickly and develop skills within a year.
• Clean, friendly, and hygienic attitude.
• Willingness to attend vocational training and follow safety protocols.
