Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role combines client relationship management with end‑to‑end project ownership, requiring a proactive and detail‑oriented approach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client communication with confidence and professionalism, building trust‑based relationships.
• Take full ownership of multiple projects, translating client briefs into actionable plans and monitoring progress.
• Handle financial aspects of projects, including quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with creative, production, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards across all deliverables.
• Apply project‑management tools such as CPS, minutes of meeting, and financial bookkeeping to keep account hygiene.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in account management, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent command of English and strong relationship‑building skills.
• Confident communicator capable of anticipating client needs and providing proactive solutions.
