Account Manager (Remote - Egypt)

About the role

Talkpush is looking for a remote Account Manager based in Egypt to own end‑to‑end client relationships, drive adoption of its hiring automation platform, and uncover growth opportunities within an existing portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring long‑term satisfaction and renewal.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to increase platform usage and revenue.
• Collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering, and Support teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client hiring goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on recruitment processes and platform best practices.
• Monitor account health metrics and report on performance against targets.
