Account Manager - Upper Egypt

About the role

The Account Manager for Upper Egypt will manage key customer accounts, drive revenue growth and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver products and services while adhering to health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety legislation and enforce safe working practices.
• Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Promote and sell the company's construction products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company's presence within the assigned territory.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, contracts and pricing in line with company guidelines.
• Build, maintain and strengthen long‑term relationships with key clients, acting as the main interface.
• Address customer concerns, service issues or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales operations, dispatch, logistics and plant teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
• Monitor order fulfillment and align internal teams for smooth execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in account management, sales or a related field.
• Ability to work in Upper Egypt and travel within the region as needed.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety policies and willingness to enforce them.
