Accounts Payable Accountant – New Cairo

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to join our finance team in New Cairo. The role focuses on processing vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining accurate payable records.

Key responsibilities

• Review, verify and record vendor invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes, resolving pricing or quantity issues.
• Validate VAT and Withholding Tax calculations on invoices.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of vendor statements and accounts.
• Prepare and process weekly and monthly vendor payment schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accounts payable records and supporting documentation for audit readiness.
• Generate accounts payable reports and analyses using ERP and Excel.
