About the role

Link Academy is seeking an experienced Advanced Primavera Instructor to design and deliver high‑impact training programs for professionals in engineering and project management. This full‑time remote position focuses on creating engaging, hands‑on learning experiences that meet the specific needs of individual and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop advanced‑level Primavera course curricula, materials, and assessments.
• Deliver live online training sessions, providing real‑time guidance and demonstrations.
• Customize training content to align with client requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor participant progress, evaluate learning outcomes, and provide feedback.
• Stay current with the latest Primavera software updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Primavera software and project planning methodologies.
• Proven ability to conduct structured, clear technical training for diverse audiences.
• Hands‑on demonstration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in project management or engineering fields is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• PMI certification or equivalent is an advantage.
