About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale machine learning models and AI solutions for production.
• Manage large datasets, perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Collaborate with product managers, software developers, and data scientists to integrate AI capabilities.
• Stay current with cutting‑edge AI techniques and continuously innovate the solution portfolio.
• Optimize models for performance, efficiency, and scalability, and conduct thorough testing and validation.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, diverse teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex AI concepts.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities to solve challenging problems.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Machine‑learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization tools: Docker, Kubernetes.
