Alterations Engineer

About the role
The Alterations Engineer is responsible for managing customers' technical alteration requests, ensuring timely resolution, and supporting continuous improvement of processes. This role acts as a bridge between customers, internal teams, and external partners to deliver satisfactory outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and follow up on alteration requests from customers.
- Analyse requested modifications and coordinate feedback with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review case status before processing insurance refunds with the CM team.
- Respond to technical inquiries, requirements, and complaints according to company policies.
- Communicate approved alterations to the community team for work permission issuance.
- Document case status, feedback, and correspondence in SAP.
- Proactively address issues to minimise disruptions and delays.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify that completed work complies with regulations and approvals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
