Application Development Manager

About the role

Network International, the leading fintech provider in the Middle East and Africa, is looking for an Application Development Manager to join its Egypt team. You will work on enhancing the company’s reporting and database solutions while supporting system upgrades and client onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse existing business documents, forms and reports to recommend process improvements.
• Optimize report performance according to company standards and best practices.
• Apply system upgrades and provide support as needed.
• Enhance database design and set‑up new client banks/services based on questionnaires.
• Conduct unit testing and follow up on bank complaints via JIRA or email.
• Participate in testing and implementation of vendor upgrades, new products and features.
• Document new processes and procedures for launched services.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in analysing functional and technical requirements.
• Ability to optimise report performance without impacting other users.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
