Application Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Application Development Specialist to join Network International’s technology team. In this role you will design, develop, and maintain software applications that support our payment, data, and lending services across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new applications and enhance existing ones to meet client objectives and user needs.
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform thorough testing to ensure error‑free releases.
• Analyze and modify legacy applications to improve functionality and performance.
• Install applications and verify proper communication between hardware and software systems.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to gather technical requirements and propose solutions.
• Provide technical advice across the organization and act as the resident expert for our products.
• Gather user feedback, assess user experience, and customize applications accordingly.
• Maintain application databases and ensure data integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in application development or engineering.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and effective communicator.

Required skills

• Experience with ETL tools; Talend is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools.
• General software development and coding proficiency.
