Data Scientist

About the role

As a Data Scientist in the Data Insights & AI team, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics solutions that solve real business challenges across multiple domains such as Route‑to‑Market, Omnichannel, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, and Finance. You will work end‑to‑end, from opportunity identification with stakeholders to delivering production‑ready models on Microsoft Azure and Databricks, driving Coca‑Cola HBC’s data‑driven transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Dive into large, diverse datasets to uncover patterns and business opportunities.
• Apply statistical and AI‑driven techniques to address complex challenges.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate problems into data solutions and communicate findings to non‑technical audiences.
• Lead the full data product lifecycle, from proof‑of‑concept to production deployment.
• Work closely with Data Engineers, AI and GenAI engineers in an Agile environment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience developing Python and SQL‑based Machine Learning solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, function calling, prompt engineering).
• Strong coding skills in Python and SQL, solid knowledge of ML and statistical modeling.
• Proven ability to deliver production‑ready solutions, including API consumption and endpoint deployment.
• Experience with large‑scale distributed processing (PySpark) and cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks).
• Analytical mindset, strong ownership, and effective teamwork.
