Architectural Design Engineer

About the role

The role involves developing architectural designs from concept through detailed design, preparing coordinated drawings, supporting multidisciplinary coordination, and ensuring compliance with project requirements, codes, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from concept through schematic and detailed design stages, reviewing materials, finishes, specifications, and construction details.
• Prepare coordinated architectural drawings, Revit models, construction documents, details, schedules, and presentation materials while ensuring BIM compliance.
• Coordinate designs with structural, MEP, landscape, interior design, and other disciplines, identify clashes, and support resolution.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, building codes, authority regulations, and client standards, incorporating feedback from all stakeholders.
• Support design submissions, manage assigned tasks and deliverables, and assist the architectural team in meeting project deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in architectural design and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to maintain updated technical skills and follow quality, safety, and compliance procedures.
