Assistant Brand Manager

About the role

The Assistant Brand Manager will support the development and execution of brand strategies that drive growth and strengthen brand equity across multiple markets. You will translate consumer, retail and sales insights into actionable recommendations and help ensure flawless delivery of marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to building brand equity by executing brand fundamentals and strategic initiatives.
• Identify growth opportunities through market, category and competitive analysis.
• Analyze retail audit, internal sales and market performance data to spot trends, opportunities and risks.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, distribution, promotions and category developments.
• Gather and analyse consumer, shopper and market insights to champion a consumer‑centric mindset.
• Coordinate across functions to support seamless project execution.
• Support the development and launch of new products and innovations from concept to commercialization.
• Assist in planning, developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Category Management or Commercial roles within a leading FMCG company.
