SEO Specialist

About the role

CodeCruze, a fast‑growing software and digital marketing firm, is seeking a detail‑oriented SEO Specialist. You will design and execute SEO strategies that boost organic traffic, improve visibility, and keep our clients ahead in the AI‑driven search landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Optimize websites for AI search visibility, including Google AI Overview and AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Manage on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO tasks across multiple projects.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and comprehensive SEO audits.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure best SEO practices.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO KPIs such as traffic, CTR, and conversions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest search engine algorithm changes and AI‑driven search trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent command of English.
