Assistant Store Supervisor

About the role

Talabat is looking for an Assistant Store Supervisor to support daily store operations and ensure seamless order fulfillment. You will work closely with the Store Supervisor to manage staff, maintain inventory, and oversee inbound and outbound processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage store operations during your shift, including staff coordination, ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, and pick‑and‑pack activities.
• Assist the Store Supervisor with people selection, shift scheduling, routine and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure proper stock levels by assessing inventory, collaborating with demand planners, and issuing replenishment orders.
• Support inventory control through regular stock‑takes, cycle counts, and accurate record‑keeping.
• Oversee accurate inbound receiving and efficient outbound picking and packing according to SOPs.
• Monitor fulfillment processes and suggest improvements to boost productivity and profitability.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a supermarket or restaurant environment.
• Enthusiastic about learning on the job and handling new challenges.
• Strong communication skills and a hands‑on attitude with various tools.
• Robust interpersonal and intercultural abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
