Associate Manager – People & Organisation

About the role

The Associate Manager – People & Organisation will support HR initiatives and day‑to‑day people operations across Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions. You will partner with managers and employees to manage the employee lifecycle, provide policy guidance, and help deliver talent and engagement programmes aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute HR initiatives and employee lifecycle processes while ensuring compliance with policies and timelines.
• Act as first point of contact for managers and employees, offering HR policy guidance and escalating complex issues.
• Coordinate performance, talent, succession and development plans, and facilitate training initiatives.
• Deliver employee engagement programmes, manage surveys, track action plans and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain organisational data, support restructuring, workforce planning and ensure accurate HR documentation.
• Assist recruitment activities, interview coordination, merit cycles, promotions and salary reviews in partnership with Total Rewards.
• Handle employee queries, support employee‑relations cases, maintain HR data integrity and produce analytical reports.
• Support HR projects, drive process improvements and standardise procedures to enhance service delivery.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• SAP SuccessFactors (preferred).
