Associate Product Manager

About the role

Bosta is a fast‑growing tech startup transforming logistics and financing for e‑commerce entrepreneurs in the Middle East and Africa. As an Associate Product Manager you will join a cross‑functional product team that builds web dashboards, mobile apps, APIs and internal tools for customers, couriers and internal stakeholders. You will help shape product strategy, prioritize features and deliver solutions that create end‑to‑end value.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Assess business objectives and customer pain points to define product goals.
• Prioritise the roadmap based on impact, cost and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure objectives match real‑world needs.
• Conduct problem discovery and field research with actual users.
• Write clear EPICs and user stories that outline problems, solutions and success metrics.
• Partner with design to prototype and validate solutions through user interviews.
• Work closely with engineering to translate stories into actionable sprint items.
