Associate Scientist – Formulation Development (R&D Pharmacist)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Scientist to support formulation development and research‑and‑development activities within our pharmaceutical manufacturing site. The role focuses on pre‑formulation studies, pilot‑scale batches and documentation to ensure timely product development and smooth technology transfer.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct literature surveys and perform pre‑formulation and formulation trials for new products.
• Document all observations and results according to established procedures.
• Operate laboratory instruments and equipment following SOPs and GMP standards.
• Prepare samples for stability and bio‑equivalence studies.
• Execute pilot, scale‑up and validation batches and generate required documentation.
• Follow occupational safety and waste management procedures.
• Perform any other tasks related to formulation development as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a grade of Very Good or Excellent.
• 0–2 years of experience in formulation development or related pharmaceutical research.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
