B2B Sales Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive B2B Sales Account Manager to drive client acquisition and grow our portfolio of HR solutions. You will act as a strategic partner for businesses, helping them address recruitment, outsourcing, payroll, EOR, and consultancy needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients across target industries through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, generating new business opportunities.
• Understand client needs and position our services as strategic HR solutions, moving beyond simple CV sales.
• Develop long‑term relationships, serve as the primary point of contact, and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements; negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and hiring needs to provide actionable insights to internal teams.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in recruitment agencies, HR services/outsourcing, SaaS, or other B2B services is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of sales cycles and client acquisition processes.
• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
