Retail Salesperson (Promoter) – Hybrid Role

About the role

Shosh® is seeking a motivated Retail Salesperson (Promoter) to join its store in City Stars, Nasr City. This full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site customer interaction with occasional work‑from‑home tasks, supporting the brand’s growth across the GCC and Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, provide expert product advice, and guide purchase decisions.
• Maintain store cleanliness, ensure product displays are attractive and well‑stocked.
• Manage inventory, place product orders, and monitor stock levels.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash according to company procedures.
• Prepare and submit reports on KPIs, sales trends, inventory status, and team productivity.
• Assign tasks to sales associates, cashiers, and coordinators to optimise workflow.
• Supervise opening and closing procedures, including petty‑cash handling and reporting.
• Communicate sales targets, monitor performance, and recommend corrective actions to management.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and reliability in handling cash and inventory.
• Willingness to work six days a week with rotating days off.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Familiarity with inventory management processes.
