B2B Sales Representative

About the role

Kemet for Trading Ltd, a UK‑registered premium hospitality supplier, is looking for a remote B2B Sales Representative based in Cairo. You will be the front‑line contact for luxury hotels across Europe and Africa, promoting certified hotel textiles, OS&E, and scent diffusion systems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact hotel procurement managers, general managers and FF&E decision‑makers in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the UK and Africa.
• Execute structured LinkedIn outreach and cold‑email campaigns using the provided playbook.
• Follow the prescribed outreach cadence (Day 1 → Day 7 → Day 14 → Day 30) and qualify leads against clear criteria.
• Hand qualified opportunities to the Managing Director for commercial follow‑up.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM pipeline with every contact, reply and status.
• Deliver a weekly performance report and attend a 30‑minute check‑in with the Managing Director.

Required profile

• Professional level of English.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within hospitality or related sectors.
• Self‑discipline and ability to work remotely with consistent daily prospecting.
• Strong communication skills and a results‑driven mindset.
