Manager – Specialist Sales, Digital Payments

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Manager, Specialist Sales – Digital Payments to lead the digital and authentication portfolio across the West Arabia region. Based in Cairo, you will be responsible for driving key digital KPIs, supporting the Customer Solutions Center, and ensuring market readiness for new digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all Digital & Authentication assets for the West Arabia market, including MDES, International Wallets, Click 2 Pay, Agentic Commerce and Passkeys.
• Drive revenue and specific product KPIs while acting as the subject‑matter expert for front‑line teams and solution specialists.
• Support the CSC value‑proposition development and sales process by providing deep product knowledge and implementation expertise.
• Enable market localization, readiness and adoption of new digital capabilities.
• Monitor customer success, collect market intelligence and share best practices with product management.
• Collaborate with internal squads and cross‑functional teams to design end‑to‑end solutions for clients.
• Track and report on revenue, product KPIs, customer‑success metrics and voice‑of‑customer survey results.
