Backend Developer – AI Trainer (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for experienced Backend Developers to join our AI training team as project consultants. The role is fully remote, part‑time and focuses on designing, implementing and evaluating realistic software engineering tasks for AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi‑file coding challenges covering bug fixing, feature development, refactoring and testing.
• Write clear natural‑language specifications and reference implementations.
• Develop and extend unit and integration test suites for each task.
• Review peer‑generated tasks, providing feedback on correctness, clarity and realism.
• Identify edge cases, ambiguities and potential failure modes to ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• Advanced professional written proficiency in English.
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience working on production‑grade backend or full‑stack systems.
• Ability to debug and navigate large, multi‑file codebases.
• Familiarity with code reviews, refactoring and production migrations.
