About the role

We are seeking a bilingual virtual assistant to train and evaluate AI chatbots in both Arabic and English. The role involves measuring model progress, assessing logical consistency, and creating realistic conversation scenarios to improve chatbot performance.

Key responsibilities

Provide diverse and complex bilingual tasks to AI chatbots.
Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, relevance, and performance.
Write novel conversation scripts to teach desired responses.
Track and report on model improvement over time.

Required profile

Fluency in both English and Arabic.
Detail‑oriented with expert‑level writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages.
Current, in‑progress, or completed bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory).
Only candidates residing in Egypt will be considered.

Hourly compensation starting at $25 USD per hour, with bonus rates on select projects.
